I am seeking an experienced Administrator/PA to support a busy team of Executives within a leading financial organisation.
This will be a busy and varied role with no two days the same! Duties will include diary coordination, meeting preparation, extensive travel management, reception duties, preparing agendas, event coordination and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have strong secretarial and administrative skills, good knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Word), excellent communication and organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail. An excellent benefits package is on offer along with 9-5 working hours.
