Are you an experienced Executive Assistant craving a change from the Finance world? If so, I have an exciting, newly created role to support three Executives in a friendly, forward-thinking and people-focused organisation.
Duties will include diary and travel coordination, ensuring the Executives are prepared for meetings, preparing documents, reports and presentations, gatekeeping, email management, attending and taking notes in meetings, managing small projects, processing expenses, carrying out research and analysis and general administrative support.
The successful candidate will have solid experience in a similar role with the confidence to grow this role from scratch and to instil trust and confidence in those around them. Strong IT skills are key along with excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure and a friendly, flexible approach.
