I am seeking an experienced, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join a dynamic, global and expanding organisation to support one Jersey-based Director and another based overseas.
Duties will include diary and travel coordination, meeting preparation, event coordination, email inbox management, processing expenses and providing input to help to take the company forward.
The successful candidate will have previous PA/EA experience, strong IT/tech skills, be commercially aware, able to liaise with contacts at all levels and have a flexible approach to tackle a wide range of varied tasks on any given day.
This role requires a 40 hour working week and offers an excellent benefits package along with the opportunity to travel a couple of times a year.
