I am seeking a PA/secretary to support a team of Executives in a well-respected local organisation.
Duties will include governance and compliance support as well as diary and travel coordination, coordinating Board and committee meetings and events, preparing board packs and ensuring actions are followed up, preparing reports, documents and presentations, updating internal records, assisting with projects and overseeing the general running of the office.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role along with excellent organisation and time management skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and strong MS Office skills.
