I am seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/Administration Assistant to join a busy support team with a wide and varied range of tasks. Duties will include screening calls, typing and preparing documentation, updating files, preparing invoices, updating systems, liaising with clients, coordinating diaries and travel arrangements and other day to day administrative tasks as required.
Good organisational skills are key along with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload. Excellent attention to detail is also vital along with good IT skills.
