I am seeking an experienced Legal Secretary, ideally with property team experience, to support a busy team in a varied and all-round role.
Duties will include document preparation (audio and copy typing, drafting a range of documents, filing/photocopying etc.) as well as PA duties to include diary and meeting coordination, arranging travel, updating internal systems, billing and archiving, liaising with clients and dealing with incoming calls and emails.
The successful candidate must have previous legal secretarial experience (a knowledge of conveyancing and property-related legal documentation would be an advantage), along with a strong knowledge of MS Office, fast, accurate typing skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload while supporting multiple team members.
Reduced/part-time hours will be considered for the right person.
