Office Administrator/Receptionist

I am seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator with excellent client service skills, to join a leading organisation in a varied role where no two days will be the same!

Duties will include meeting and greeting visitors, managing and booking meeting rooms, organising company training and events, dealing with post and deliveries, ordering supplies, booking travel and hotels and generally creating an excellent first impression to visitors and staff alike.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role along with strong organisation skills and a flexible, enthusiastic approach to their work.

Working hours are full time, 8.30-5pm and an excellent benefits package is on offer for the right candidate.
