Office Manager / Executive Assistant / HR – Salary negotiable plus excellent benefits

I am seeking a highly experienced candidate to join a leading financial organisation in an exciting, newly created and extremely varied role.

Duties will include everything from providing EA support to senior Executives, travel and diary coordination, meeting preparation and coordinating staff events to health and safety monitoring, supervising a junior office administrator and assisting with a range of HR duties to include recruitment coordination, managing the staff review process, onboarding new starters, coordinating payroll and updating staff and training records.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role along with strong IT skills, good typing skills, a flexible and enthusiastic approach, a good eye for detail and the ability to prioritise an ever changing workload.
