I am seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of a dynamic investment firm, while also acting as first point of contact for all clients and visitors.
The role is extremely varied, encompassing everything from managing office budgets, facilities, insurance and supplier contracts to managing meeting rooms, coordinating events, ordering supplies and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be polished and professionally presented, have excellent IT skills, strong organisation skills, a can-do approach and will offer 5 star client service.
