I am seeking an experienced PA to join a leading financial organisation in a newly created PA role (supporting 2 Senior Executives) that you can really make your own.
Duties will include inbox management, drafting of communications, reports and presentations, minute taking in meetings, organising meetings and booking travel, collating reports, arranging events and coordinating projects.
The successful candidate will have previous senior level PA experience in a similar role along with strong IT skills (good PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills are key). You will also have strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, the ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to build strong relationships at all levels.
