Part-time Corporate Receptionist – Afternoons

I am seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work afternoons (12.45pm to 5pm) in a leading financial organisation.

Duties will include managing the front of house Reception area, booking and setting up meeting rooms, booking taxis, managing deliveries and booking travel and training courses as required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a corporate Reception/Secretarial role, a professional appearance and manner, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise their workload.
