I am seeking a highly professional PA/EA who must have some senior level experience in both a corporate PA/EA role as well as some Private PA experience.
Working from your own home and with flexibility to travel for a few weeks a year, this role will be varied and will include diary and travel coordination, event management, administrative support for the family, paying bills and processing expenses as well as business support to include meeting preparation and drafting and editing of reports and presentations.
The successful candidate will have a very strong knowledge of MS Office, ideally with previous experience of OneNote and Sharepoint too. Excellent attention to detail is required along with the ability to liaise with a wide range of contacts at all levels.
This is a full time role with hours approximately 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility required occasionally.
