I am seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join a small, friendly organisation in a busy front of house role.
Duties will include meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with incoming calls, booking and managing appointments, ordering supplies, generating invoices and taking payments and other ad-hoc office admin related tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a friendly and helpful approach, good IT skills and the ability to multi-task.
This role requires a 37.5 hour week, ideally starting at 7.30/8am, Monday to Friday.
