Receptionist/Facilities Assistant £25-30k plus excellent benefits

I am seeking an experienced Receptionist to join this leading organisation in a front of house role that also encompasses administrative and facilities related tasks.

Duties include meeting and greeting all visitors, dealing with incoming calls, managing deliveries and mail, booking and setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering, processing invoices, copying and scanning and ordering supplies.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with the ability to prioritise tasks, excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
