Receptionist/Office Administrator – £30-35k plus excellent package

I am seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work in a varied role that encompasses front of house duties as well as various administrative duties to include: dealing with mail, managing facilities issues, liaising with contractors, ordering supplies, managing leavers and joiners admin, booking travel, coordinating archiving and various other tasks as and when required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to multi-task while maintaining full attention to detail.

Hours are 9-5 and an excellent package is on offer for the right candidate.
