Senior Office Administrator

I am seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a lovely, friendly team in an award-winning financial organisation.

Duties will be really varied and include arranging desk assessments, ordering stationery and supplies, managing mail and running errands, assisting with setting up office functions, filing/archiving, covering Reception and assisting with projects as required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise their workload, excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of MS Office.
