Team Administrator

I am seeking an experienced Administrator to support a busy team of Assistants in a leading, global organisation.

Duties will be extremely varied and include diary and meeting coordination, arranging travel, assisting with meeting preparation, document preparation and editing, updating internal systems, booking meeting rooms, managing email inboxes, processing timesheets and expenses and assisting with event coordination.

This role will suit a more junior level candidate with a desire to expand their administrative/PA experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The successful candidate will be able to prioritise a busy workload, have strong attention to detail, a positive, proactive approach, excellent IT skills and strong interpersonal skills.
