I am looking for a Head Housekeeper to lead the upkeep of multiple Jersey properties for a private, UHNW family, working as part of a team.
The primary responsibility will be to ensure that the main property is maintained to the highest standard whilst managing the assisting team with the other properties. Daily duties will include direct involvement with cleaning, laundry and the general upkeep of the house, rota management of the other household staff, managing the priorities around the family’s schedule, stock management, occasional grocery shopping, food preparation, and wardrobe/packing assistance.
The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, willing to be personally involved in cleaning and laundry, excellent attention to detail, a positive and pro-active attitude, good written and verbal communication skills and have a fully discreet approach, maintaining full confidentiality at all times.
Candidates must have expert experience with cleaning and laundry, domestic or commercial, previous private housekeeper experience would be preferred, should be a proficient user of different types of cleaning equipment, be aware of health and safety requirements and have a clean driving licence, being able and willing to drive their own vehicle.
An excellent remuneration package is on offer for this role, working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (with occasional flexibility required).
