I am seeking an Office Manager to join a boutique financial organisation in a newly created role.

Duties will be varied and include the day to day running of the office, assisting visiting staff and new joiners, coordinating travel, monitoring and ordering supplies, dealing with facilities-related issues, liaising with vendors and assisting team members with ad hoc tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have previous corporate office administration experience, be tech-savvy, have a proactive and flexible approach to their work along with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.
