Receptionist / Administrator

I am seeking an experienced corporate Receptionist/Administrator to join a leading, well-respected financial institution.

The role will include reception duties (meeting and greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms, booking taxis, dealing with couriers and mail, and occasional messenger duties) as well as admin/secretarial support to include travel bookings, typing and filing of documents and other ad-hoc admin tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception/secretarial role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of MS Office.
