Part-time Office Manager – 20 hours per week

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to contribute to a dynamic, international team. This role is suited to a highly organised individual who thrives on managing office operations and delivering outstanding administrative support.

Duties include meeting and greeting all visitors, managing office facilities and vendor relationships, coordinating meeting rooms, health and safety, PA support as required for senior staff, event and travel coordination, preparing and editing documents and presentations and supporting with projects as required.

Previous experience in a similar role is required,  gained within the finance or professional services sector, along with a strong knowledge of MS Office and a proactive, flexible approach.

Core hours are 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, however there will be the requirement to work occasional afternoons and evenings to assist with events etc.
