Legal Administrative Assistant

I am seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support the Partners, fee earners and wider team within a well-established and respected law firm.

Duties will be varied and include diary management and meeting coordination, preparation of paperwork for meetings and court dates, processing client enquiries, drafting correspondence and emails, preparing court bundles and general administrative support including scanning, photocopying and filing. You will also assist with issuing terms of business letters, attending will-signing meetings and conducting initial client appointments to complete due diligence procedures.

The successful candidate will have previous administrative and/or secretarial experience, ideally within the legal sector. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional and proactive approach.
