I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Legal Administrator to support Partners, fee earners and the wider team within a well-established and respected law firm.
Duties will be varied and include diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing legal documents and court bundles, liaising with Court Offices, processing billing and expense claims, conducting searches, and providing general administrative and operational support to the team. You will also assist with client onboarding procedures, proof-reading documents, arranging business development events, and supporting wider marketing and administrative activities.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous administrative or secretarial experience within a professional services environment, preferably legal, although this is not essential. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, confidence using Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a calm, professional and proactive manner.
