I am seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior stakeholders.
Duties will be varied and include diary and travel coordination, meeting preparation, assisting with projects, preparing documents and correspondence, managing mailboxes, updating the CRM and internal systems, event coordination, processing expenses and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of MS office, excellent organisation and communication skills, a proactive and motivated approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
