I am seeking a Facilities Administrator to administer the operations of multiple properties.
Duties will include maintaining databases and internal systems, administering legal documents/contracts, coordinating insurance renewals, basic bookkeeping, liaising with vendors and contractors, project coordination, processing invoices and a range of other tasks as required.
The successful candidate will be highly organised with the ability to multitask, have a proactive, can-do attitude, be able to maintain the utmost discretion and be flexible to deal with ever-changing priorities.
