I am seeking an experienced Receptionist to join a leading finance organisation in a varied role, encompassing both front of house and facilities support duties.
The role will include front of house responsibilities (meeting and greeting visitors, dealing with incoming calls, booking meeting rooms, booking taxis and updating records/systems) and facilities support to include dealing with post, arranging and setting up catering for meetings, archiving and other tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have previous Reception experience, strong IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), the ability to multi-task and a friendly, polite manner with a positive, ‘can-do’ approach to their work.
