Legal Secretary

My client, a leading offshore law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy and professional team.
This is a varied role and will include providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a group of fee earners and Partners. Responsibilities will include diary management, document preparation and formatting, proofreading correspondence and legal documents, managing files and archiving, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, assisting with client billing and matter administration, maintaining databases and records, and supporting the organisation of client events and business development activities.
The successful candidate will have previous legal secretarial or personal assistant experience, strong document formatting and word processing skills, and excellent attention to detail. You will be highly organised, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, build effective working relationships and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
