I am seeking an organised Secretary/Team Assistant to support a busy team in a well-respected legal organisation.
Duties will include providing organisational and secretarial support to the team, liaising with clients, managing files, creating and editing documents, typing, diary management, travel coordination, processing expenses, general administration, invoicing and assisting with event coordination.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal sector, the ability to prioritise a busy workload and strong MS Office skills.
