Legal Secretary/Administrator

I am seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join a leading legal organisation in a varied support role.

Duties will include assisting with a range of legal administrative tasks, diary management, event coordination, editing documents, dealing with incoming correspondence, file management, scanning, billing, taking minutes in team meetings, coordinating travel and updating systems.

The successful candidate will have previous legal secretarial/administrative experience, a strong knowledge of MS Office, be happy to take minutes in team meetings, have event coordination experience and be a strong team player.
