I am seeking a Legal Secretary, either with a couple of years’ experience in the legal sector or someone with good administrative and secretarial skills who is keen to move into the legal sector. Duties will be varied and will include copy and audio typing, amending and reformatting documents and presentations, processing expenses, diary management and booking of meeting rooms, updating the database and CRM system, booking travel, assisting with events coordination and day to day general office administration. Strong IT skills are required, especially using MS Word, along with fast and accurate typing skills, a confident and proactive approach and the ability to work as part of a busy support team.
