Part-time Receptionist – Tuesday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm

I am seeking an experienced corporate Receptionist with some secretarial experience to join a small, friendly organisation.
Based front of house, the role will include meeting visitors, dealing with incoming calls, managing post and deliveries, ordering supplies and maintaining first aid boxes. There will also be a small element of occasional secretarial support to include booking travel, document management, data input and some administrative tasks as required.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within professional services, a flexible, can-do approach and strong attention to detail.
Hours are 1pm to 5pm, Tuesday to Friday.
