I am seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join a busy team in a well-respected law firm.
Duties will include dealing with calls and liaising with clients, managing files, onboarding new clients, updating systems, managing diaries for the team, assisting with billing and document preparation, general admin tasks and covering reception as required.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role along with excellent organisation skills and the ability to work as part of a small team.
